Who runs it
PlanCaps was founded and is run by Brandon Hoglund. It started from a simple problem: AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and Lovable change their plans, prices and usage limits often, and the changes are easy to miss.
What we do
- Track 13 AI coding tools: Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Devin Desktop, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Cline, Zed, JetBrains AI.
- Check each tool's official pricing page and docs every day.
- Keep a dated changelog of every price and limit change, with a source link.
- Send a free email when something changes.
